1. Airport Developments limited (ADL) has budgeted funds from its internal sources to be used for the Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Instrument Landing System at Chileka Airport and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply for the same.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from IPDC Chairperson and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, during working hours.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be obtained from ADL operations Building at Kamuzu international Airport upon payment of nonrefundable fee of K 20,000.00. The method of payment will be Bank Deposit or Bank Certified Cheque or Eft to Airport Developments Limited, Account number 1464868 maintained at National Bank, Capital City Branch.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th January, 2025 at 14: 00 hours Local time.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 17th January, 2025 at 14:00 hours local time.
