Airport Developments Limited (ADL) intends to pre-qualify Suppliers, and Service
Providers to provide Goods, and provision of Services for a period of one year. ADL
therefore invites applications from suppliers of goods and service who wish to be
shortlisted and be included on the list of pre-qualified suppliers for the 2025/2026
Financial year. Interested bidders may apply for one or any combination of the lots
detailed in the table below.

13 Desktops, Laptops and other ICT equipment
14 Stationery
15 Toners
16 Airconditioning equipment and installation
17 Maintenance of ICT and Office equipment
PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Interested Bidders must submit all information required to prove that they are qualified
to supply the said Goods, and Provision of Services including the following;
1. A signed application letter and company profile with detailed contact information
including physical addresses and names of directors/owners of the business
2. A copy of Business Registration Certificate
3. Current Registration Certificate with PPDA
4. A copy of MRA Tax Clearance Certificate
5. All regulatory certificates in categories that require such certificates
6. Documentary evidence of having supplied or executed similar works, goods or
services to not less than three clients (Minimum Three copies of LPOs or Contracts)
7. Bidder must not be insolvent or bankrupt. To prove their Financial Capacity
Bidder must provide the following documents:
Financial Audit Report (period 2023-2024); or
Bank Account Statements (last three (3) months); or
Evidence of availability of credit lines from financial institutions of not less
that MWK30 Million Kwacha.
All applications should be received not later than 14th March, 2025 at 14.00hours. Late
applications will be rejected and electronic applications will not be permitted. Enquiries

Applications in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Pre-Qualification of suppliers
2025/2026 Financial Year” should be dropped at Airport Developments Limited (ADL),
Kamuzu International Airport, Lilongwe.
